The short answer
ActiveCampaign prices every plan by the number of contacts. On the pricing page, billed yearly and shown per month, the entry price is $15 for 1,000 contacts on Starter, and the same list of 10,000 contacts costs $149 on Starter, $189 on Plus, $375 on Pro and $589 on Enterprise. The price per contact falls as the list grows, but the bill still rises at every step, so the useful question is which tier your list will be in next year, not only today.

Starter stays close to $15 per thousand contacts at every tier it is offered, so its bill grows almost in a straight line. The higher plans start expensive per contact and fall steeply: Plus drops from $49 per thousand at 1,000 contacts to about $12 at 50,000. A practical way to read this: a small list pays a premium for Plus, Pro or Enterprise features, and a large list pays much less extra for them.
The step between tiers is what you will feel. On Plus, moving from 7,500 to 10,000 contacts adds $20 a month ($240 a year), from 5,000 to 10,000 adds $44 a month ($528 a year), and from 10,000 to 15,000 adds $76 a month ($912 a year). Over a year, 10,000 contacts on Plus is $2,268 ($189 × 12).

Monthly email sends scale with the contact tier: at 1,000 contacts the page lists 10,000 sends on Starter and Plus, 12,000 on Pro and 15,000 on Enterprise, and at 10,000 contacts 100,000, 100,000, 120,000 and 150,000.

Each plan lists included seats: 1 on Starter and Plus, 3 on Pro and 5 on Enterprise. The pricing page does not publish a price for additional seats.
