Prices change and mistakes happen. This is how to tell us, and what we do about it.
Report an error
Write to info@latynextrade.com with the page address, what is wrong and, if you can, the vendor page that shows the right figure. Vendors may report errors about their own products the same way; we check the claim against the vendor’s published pages, not against the sender’s word.
What we do
- We check the report against the vendor’s own pages and correct the catalogue or the article if it is right.
- Prices and specifications show the date they were last checked; a correction updates that date.
- When a correction changes what an article tells you, not just a typo or a figure, we say so on the article, with the date.
- We do not remove an article’s correction note to make a page look cleaner.
What we do not do
We do not change a conclusion because a vendor asks, offers payment or withdraws a partnership. See the editorial policy.
