Cloudways Flexible is managed cloud infrastructure rather than a classic managed WordPress plan: you pick an infrastructure provider (DigitalOcean, Vultr, Linode, AWS or Google Cloud) and a server size, and your sites run on that server. It is billed per server by usage: hourly, capped monthly on DigitalOcean, Linode and Vultr, and invoiced in arrears.
